ESRA Members Meeting Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, please see the cancellation policy and refund schedule below for deadlines.

Cancellations
Cancellations and requests for refunds for registrations must be made in writing and sent to esra@esignrecords.org.
Cancellations and requests for refunds received on or before July 7, will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

After your registration cancellation request has been processed, you are responsible for contacting the hotel and making changes to any reservations.
