eSignRecords Cancellation Policy

Please send written cancellation requests to esra@esignrecords.org. Refunds can take up to three weeks to process.

Please note that you are responsible for any hotel reservation changes or cancellations.

Refund Schedule

Requests received on or before October 14: Full refund minus $50 processing fee.
Requests received between October 15 and October 28: Refund is 50% of the registration fee.
On or after October 29: No refunds after this date.
